The downside of building a house during a very hot housing market is that it is difficult to get things done. While we struggled with the many trades involved in building our house, we were never disappointed by Symphonic. The quality of the installation exceeded our expectations and the response to our questions and issues was nearly immediate. Recognizing the difficulties inherent in managing a sophisticated electrical installation from another city, we are very impressed and give our heartfelt thanks for making everything work so well.

Two years ago, we embarked on a project to develop our empty nesters dream home. We settled on a few important priorities - great sound throughout the house, a quality media room, and a security system integrated with lighting and heating, all easy to use and reliable. After some research, it became clear that Symphonic Residential Systems had the reputation for reliability and performance that we wanted, and we decided to see if they could help us.
We met Jeff Bowen at their office and were immediately impressed. We could see for ourselves how an integrated system would work, how blinds and lighting could be integrated with the security system, how we could alarm against water leaks throughout the house, what our media closet would look like, and how the sound and media could be controlled throughout the house intuitively and seamlessly. After a site visit, where Jeff quickly grasped our priorities, Symphonic prepared a detailed proposal, and we were off to the races.
The installation crew was efficient, courteous, and always maintained a neat and clean worksite. The proposed timeline was strictly adhered to, and a good working relationship was maintained with our other tradesmen. The actual equipment setup was done offsite to the extent possible, and the delivery and on site installation of the equipment was completed efficiently and in short order. The teams responsible for all of this deserve the highest accolades.
But the highest praise should probably go to the programmers. They worked with us, to ensure that we had exactly what we needed, and that everything is user friendly. No problem was too large or too small to solve. The system was tweaked and adjusted until we were completely content, and on an ongoing basis, Jeff or his team is always available to help with any issue. The system makes our home a joy to live in.

It is with pleasure that I provide you with this letter of reference to assist you in your business development initiatives at Symphonic.
I would be happy to respond to inquiries from your current or prospective clients as it relates to the experience my family and I have had with your firm during the design development, construction, and post construction stages of our vacation home in Kelowna, British Columbia.
To put your contractual scope in context, our project consisted of developing a two-acre piece of property on the eastern shore of Lake Okanagan, just north of Kelowna. The main structures on the property included the main house of approximately 6,000 square feet, a guest house, and two storage garages; along with considerable site development including extensive hard landscape patios, stairways, and dock; all of which included lighting, sound, and security monitoring.
The property was developed over a two your period in 2006 and 2007.
The project was built to a high quality standard and your scope was extensive including audio, video, telephone, security, lighting, climate control, remote monitoring and automatic blinds.
Prior to engaging you, I spoke with three of your references and was given strong recommendation from all. I can say, without hesitation, that it was a pleasure to work with you and your team on our project; and do not hesitate at all in recommending your services to others.
All of the systems that we asked for are functioning well and, for the most part, are quite easy to use and to explain to new users. We found Symphonic to be very responsive during the run-in period and for any callbacks that were required to provide service work or make adjustments.
